Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hay River will meet in regular session on
Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Hay River Town Hall.

1. Meeting called to order and verified legally posted by Chairman Russ Hitz.
2. Minutes of the October regular meeting will be read by the Clerk.
3. Treasurer’s reports will be given by Sue Hitz.
4. CSM Reviews & Approvals
5. Equipment repairs, tools, purchases.
6. Buildings & Grounds
7. Road Projects
8. Update from Plan Commission.
9. Review building permits issued/inspection reports
10. Communication/Correspondence – review and share items, meetings, trainings attending
    and upcoming meetings.
    11.Comments from the public for discussion purposes only.
11. Approve Special Charges
12. Board to discuss mileage reimbursement rate with possible action.
13. Clerk will present vouchers & checks for approval and signatures.
14. Discuss Solid Waste Newsletter for December printing
15. Set December regular meeting
16. Set January Caucus date
17. Set January Special Meeting for Employee Performance Review (possible action on
    wages/benefits for Town Employees).
