Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hay River will meet in regular session on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Hay River Town Hall.

AGENDA

1. Meeting called to order & verified legally posted.
2. The minutes of the April regular meeting will be read for approval.
3. Clerk Report: informational only.
4. Treasurer’s Report will be read for approval.
5. Badger Book presentation with County Clerk, possible action.
6. CSM for review & approval: Clark property.
7. Review building permits issued/inspection reports: Dyer.
8. Patrolman Report:
   • Equipment/Parts
   • Buildings/Grounds
9. Road Projects:
   • Discuss findings from Annual Road Inspection
   • Ditch spraying for noxious weed
   • Quality of rock from Downing quarry
10. Discuss Plan Commission.
11. Review and approve finalized 2022 Annual Report.
12. Discuss where/how to spend ARPA funds.
13. Discuss potential Part Time/On-Call Highway employees to assist with patching/tree cutting.
14. Website: discuss changing to .gov and goals for website interaction/functionality.
