Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hay River will meet in regular session on
Monday, December 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hay River Town Hall.

2. Minutes of the November regular meeting will be read by the Clerk.
3. Treasurer’s reports will be given by Sue Hitz.

8. Update from Plan Commission.
9. Review building permits issued/inspection reports
10. Communication/Correspondence – review and share items, meetings, trainings attending
    and upcoming meetings.
    11.Comments from the public for discussion purposes only.
11. Set January Caucus date
12. Set January Special Meeting for Employee Performance Review (possible action on
    wages/benefits for Town Employees).
13. Set January Closing of the Books and February regular meeting.
14. Clerk will present vouchers & checks for approval and signatures.
