Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hay River will meet in regular session on Monday, June 12, 2023 at the Hay River Town Hall.

• Barricade/signage at the end of 997^th where the road ends-is this necessary?

8. Discuss Cash Flow analysis.
9. Discuss where/how to spend ARPA funds.
10. Website: discuss changing to .gov and goals for website interaction
11. Discuss process for adopting Records Retention
12. Set mileage reimbursement rate to coincide with Federal Rate
